What started out as a simple task of cleaning out my purse lol:lol if you knew me and my purse that would be very funny to you) ended 3 hours later after cleaning and de-cluttering my entire desk, sewing table and "office" or what ever you want to call the room I keep my computer, sewing machine and piles and piles of junk I have no place else to put... The secret is "where did I put all the stuff when I cleaned?" .... well just do not open that closet door over there and no one will ever know!!!

I LOVE fried catfish. I am only disappointed I waited until 5 years ago to try it; my wife's family from Bama wasn't gonna let me get away without giving it a try.

We southerners do love our deep fried catfish and just have to share it with those that have never tried it. It's gotta be fresh and breaded just right and cooked 'til it floats. Crunchy on the outside and flaky on the inside.
