We'd get very little flooding, actually. It's always rained like that so the terrain is adapted to it. It all just runs off or soaks in. The only flooding is when someone alters that and doesn't take it into account. Now and then someone from out of the area would move in and pave a big parking lot or something and that fall it turns into a lake. LOL
