Had a doctor's checkup today. First one since I started vaping. I got grilled a little because they've found so many people vape for a while, get tired of it and go back to smokes. After hearing that I'd been vaping for over a year and had no plans to ever smoke again she said, "Oh! That's GOOD!!!" and didn't say anything about it after that.
although she did move on to the subject of my triglycerides so I'd have rather talked about vaping some more.
I asked my doctor what he thought about vpaing. He said "anything that gets you off cigarettes is good in his book".
All of my doctors, every one of them, have been happy to learn of my switch to vaping, and are even happier since I've been able to totally quit cigarettes now.
Nearest (25 miles) small city to us is having its annual Queen Willamina Rod Run this weekend. We are going to head on up the mountain, on the bike and check it out. I feel sure I will miss the mad house that will ensue if the game is to be finished today but Y'all have fun now, you hear.

we used to go up to Alberts pike every year, that run up Willamina mountain was my favorite part of the trip.
