Hey Pami when you charge that spinner what does your LED do?mine stays on for awhile then it flashes and goes out but it keeps charging does yours do that
That's how spinners work. I watch the led on the charger to change from red to green to know it's done.
Wonder whats up with that mine charges for another hour or so before the led goes green on the charger,I also have a 1300 mha winder that does the same thing except it goes another 2 hours or so.
It depends on your charger... if you have a "fast" charge or not. I believe the 420's that GV sells are a "fast" charge.

I have 2 1300mAp Vision Spinners. They both charge just like yours OBG. My charging cable says 420mah fast charge.
When I plug in and charge mine:
Red Light on wall wart comes on and stays on.
Light on charging cable first shows green and almost immediately goes to red.
Light on battery flashes a few times and then remains on.
After about an hour, give or take, the light on the battery goes off.
During all this charging time the light on the charging cable may occasionally flicker between red and green.
After about an hour, give or take, the light on the charging cable turns a steady green.
Just my experience at charging my Spinners. YMMV
Thanks everybody for your input sounds like they all do about the same thing,just wanted too make sure I wasn't doing a over charge and wrecking them
