If it is, there will be lawsuits re the Bill of Rights and illegal search and that provision (which I doubt is true) will be overturned.

ETA: I'm not saying Obama Care is wonderful. Nor do I think the Got Vapes thread is the place to debate it. But recognize propaganda, whether it be from the Left or the Right, for what it is.

This is my little cottage in Negril. There are 26 more on the property. There is plenty enough for everyone who wants to come. It is a poor country monitarily but self sustainable as far as food goes. I think I am going to not come back next time.
