Sorry to hear that bro, I save up my vacation time every year for just this part of the year, that is the only reason it will be longer.
I have over four weeks of vacation accrued but the problem is we run on a skeleton crew and there isn't any coverage.
We get 6 weeks off a year plus 8 holidays...most of my department is off the 23rd of December till the 2nd of Jan
