Put it simple higher ohm just = longer lasting coil that is about it.
You want hotter on say an ego type (3.7v ish) you want lower say 1.8 ohm cartos.
Hard draws is air flow to the unit... Want more air widen a slot want less tape a hole if you can.

{{{Adrena}}}.... thanks!... reason I was asking is cuz I seem to really like the ones I have that are say 2.2-2.6 Ohm... but the 1.8 Ohm stardust seems very airy to me. I'm using them on a 3.7 Ego.
This Splitfire is 2.4Ohm and its pretty sweet.

which stardust again? the ones you toss are a tad airy for me too. but the replaceable head ones had a tighter draw. As far as air flow on them...no real suggestion but to tape around the batt and carto together lil more then half way?
I don't have on of them nifty air flow controllers to see if it works with the Stardust.
Adding find a slot and cover one with you finger see what that is like?

Personally, its all about my coil not drying out. Thats the biggest variable IMO. Thats why the pursuit of consistency reins supreme.
I like higher ohm windings too (if thats what we R talking about) because I have a VV.
But then my battle returns to feeding juice and taking advantage of the hot coil.
It's like the Hydra, cut off one problem and you create another (or two).

Ya, the ones I got are not the replaceable heads. I'll have to try one of those. I like this Splitfire enough that I'm getting another one before they're gone... lol
more of a volt/resistances thing.
Here in the blue box is the suggested range.
One more thing the higher resistance you go the faster you will eat up your battery and your vape production will fall off thats why everybody wants the big battery mods with vv/vw because you can maintain a given level of vape longer
