I really tried to find an angry Lab pic for you, but this was all that came back:

Indifferent Lab does not appreciate your impatience.

OH I LOOOOOVE it! :wub::wub:

Yea....it's not easy to find an angry retriever of any sort I believe :laugh:

Yes Mam, it's the "SMOKtech Shorty Clear 22mm Single Coil Carto" from GV.

all you can really do to clean them is a good soaking and a flush. I used to flush mine with a syringe.....take the plunger out......drop the carto into the syringe....replace plunger and flush hot water in and out of the syringe.....the biggest issue with the fillered is getting it to dry without skunking. Google Taryn spin...that is one way to get MOST of the water out of the carto...then the waiting game begins.

Some will tell you to boil the cartos (I find that more times than not, the filler shrinks with this) and some will say put them in the oven to dry them out (same deal...some filler will shrink).

you cannot dryburn the fillered cartos.....once the filler burns, you will NEVER get the taste out.

Ok Thanks

Will do the google bit next.

This carto has a plastic body so any heat above hot tap water is basically out.

I was thinking of using 70% alcohol to displace the last bit of water and sterilize the filler somewhat, thoughts on this option?

    Time for my noob question of the week :)

    I started with tanks and I dearly love my tanks, dead simple + reliable.

    But this little 22mm carto from my stealth rig is hitting so nice I might need to do a rethink on carto's.

    My question is this, what is the suggested/recommended way to clean a carto?

    Sounds simple enough but I like to gather the best information I can before starting something. :)

    View attachment 220704 This is what I use first with boiling distilled water then everclear while still hot and I back flush them:)
