When I first found the GotVapes contest I was also confused. I gave up at the time and came back later. I read a days worth of posts and watched the board, and it all made sense.

If I didn't have crummy satellite internet, refreshing the page would be much faster and there would be far less confusion on my part. Some contests are impossible for me because of this. Trying to watch that stupid live video vaping show contest that comes on Saturday nights eats 2 days worth my ISP daily allowance. 450mb per day costs $120 a month, I used to have 800mb per day for $200. If you think your ISP sucks you have no idea...
