For one pick:

After being convicted of a felony (say, ......... possession or maybe copyright infringement) and completing your sentence, can you vote in the next presidential election?

Depends on where you live.. here in Ohio you can

Pick one!!

And that is just ridiculous! So I am, here and now, starting the "VapingTurtle Citizen's Convention PAC" to amend the constitution to have uniform federal voting laws to apply to all states for all federal elections. Please send money!

Two states allow felons to vote from prison while other states may permanently ban felons from voting even after being released from prison, parole, and probation, and having paid all their fines.

Now isn't that just criminal right there! They paid their debt to society, and are still prohibited from voting in some places.

You're Nuts -- Round #3
118, 130, 190 please and thank you.

And speaking of voting if the current bill that the senate passed and going to congress does pass then those who are not American citizen's will be able to vote at the federal level. And on a side note will be allowed to get food stamps, Medicare, Medicaid and social security benefits. Since there is only so much allotted for these programs U.S. citizen's who have paid into it will be dropped for those who have not paid into it. Lastly there is an incentive for business owners to fire U.S. workers to hire the illegal aliens, in other words paid to lay off U.S. workers.
