I know what you are talking about!
Mom had cheap modern plastic things for that . One reminded me of something you'd wrap cords around for storage. (Xmas lights / extension cords) The other one she had looked like a primitive game of some kind 
, it had big holes and pegs everywhere, ...for wrapping yarn around or for maken special patterns maybe. ???Anyhoo, these mystery things, when put together haven't any pegs showing. Thanks a million tho.

The game ends when the sheet is filled. We then announce the winning pick.
