New with a Problem

Hello,

I am new. I purchased a kit from strictlyejuice.com. I saw it on another post, someone recommended them. I wish I hadn't because there is no phone number to contact them and they don't reply to emails. They ship fast but I guess customer service wasn't included in the business plan.

I purchased the joye 510 Personal Vaporizer. Now the instructions are terrible or am I an idiot? The instructions are meant for someone else on another planet. So i charged the power supply got it, now the cartridge fits into the atomizer??? are you kidding me? Is this a joke...how does the cartridge fit into the atomizer. Sorry, I am not a scientist. I am looking at the atomizer and the cartridge. Take cap off cartridge, done, there is no possible way the cartridge fits into the atomizer. How could you fit something the same size into something else? Did I get screwed here?

No, believe me, its a common mistake.

Screw the atomizer onto the battery, then put the cartridge over the atomizer. You have to take the rubber cap off the cartridge first, and it should fit right on.

This must be a blank cartdridge. Check that.

Woody the mouthpiece (cartridge) that is already on the atomiser is a blank. So you need to replace it with one you got with your kit.
