Hi all....I didn't see this posted so I thought I would send it your way. Looks like the smokers of New York are keeping that city's head above water, lol!

Now we know why the FDA and others are hot footing to quash e cigarette sales.

That's only because that state's legislative body is completely incompetent. What's it been... 20-25 years since they've even been able to get a budget in on-time? Maybe if they knew there was more to the state of NY than the big city itself, they wouldn't be such a damn failure.

In my opinion, if a state government can't keep itself afloat, it's representatives should give up their salaries before raising taxes. Of course, that would imply that the representatives are there to work for their constituants... and we all know there aren't any politicians who work for anyone other than themselves and their cult... I mean party.
