No menu! Dedicated power up and down, and a fire button. That's all ya need. The display is constantly showing you your wattage setting, battery level, atty ohms, and voltage it fires to get your wattage. I don't mind the menus on my provaris, but this is a lot more convenient.

Got my ZNA, the down button i guess has a nice click to it, but i don't even feel an up button...? and how do u power it off. right now i don't have an atomizer for it, so every time i hit the button it just says check atomizer

i get it now, those 2 tiny tiny buttons are for up and down. the huge button is just 1 button correct and thats fire?

Im glad my fire button has a solid click to it... #401

Yep, mine does too, #170 :) . I believe they are not being sold within a secuential serial number order.

Can you convert the zna to 18490/18500 mech only if you wanted to? If so, is it pretty much the same size as any other mech in 490/500 mode or is there added height to it?

You need the switch, only sold at the moment by steammonkey. Obviously, as DNA needs an electronic switch, there is no mechanical one, so you need to buy it appart (at a hefty ~70$ if I remember correctly). It'd be nice a pack with a mechanical switch included...

Thanks. Aren't the Zen 2 switches sold at elecronticstix too?

Also, am I right to assume that the Hybrid Carto tank will fit on the ZNA as well?

Edit: it is just the button they sell not the whole switch. $70 isn't too bad. For someone like me that does not own any Zen products I can get a ZNA, hybrid carto tank and a switch and I can easily convert that to 2 different devices when needed.

So circling back on my original post... There was indeed an issue with mine and Mike didn't hesitate to swap it out for a new unit. Helluva nice guy.. Shipped a new one back the day he got mine. No questions asked, he made it right. The replacement is flawless and I couldn't be happier. This thing is fantastic.

So was the 'original problem' the fire button or the threads?

I'm thinking of contacting him about my fire button, but if it's how it's supposed to be I won't. But it takes such a light press I'm not happy. It's almost touch sensitive.. Literally have to lightly touch it to fire it. Just worried that it'll get worse over time till it fires itself..

Mine is a light press but there is definitely some tactile feedback...

Got mine in about two weeks ago. Very nice looking and feel heavy which is a good thing.

The up and down buttons is touch sensitive. No obvious click sound to it. I think you are just buy the tubes if you want to make it longer for the 18650. I don't know if anyone ants to make it shorter though.

The only complain I have is paying top dollars, I would expect top craftsmanship. One side of the handle has visible grinding circles and there is a small nick on the other side. I definitely won't expect that from a top dollar mod. I was tempting of writing to HouseOfHybrids about QC...

Original issue was the 510 threads had a stubborn burr in there. I got that out myself. But once I was able to screw an atty on after that, I noticed the fire button had a lot of "flap" to it, and I had to push down really hard to fire it. Like pressing hard on a flat surface. HoH said send it back and it was defective. The replacement has a very sensitive press to it and I can use most of the area of the button now to fire it. Much better.

It doesn't sound like you have the same issue I had at all.

I'am very impressed with my Zna , although I do have the same issue with marks in the body that houses the Zna chip , I work in the metal work industry and there are nicks in my device that would not pass a class "A" surface grade that this device at the price point should adhere to . How do I get a hold of Zen to address this issue ?
