Hey yall. Didn't even know about e-cigs until a couple of weeks ago. Been smoking for 6 years, like to smoke, great with a cold Bud Light, but bad for ya. My dad and me both smoke Marlboro Lights and couldn't pass up these e-ciggs. Bought my first e-cig last night, a generic DSE901, on ebay for cheap (20 bucks, black w/blue led). I will probably end up going with Puresmoker once I try this out and see if I like it. Quitting is too hard, all my friends smoke, go to the bars and smoke, etc. This sites great though, thanks for having me. If anyone likes, I can post up about my DSE901 when it comes in from China.

Welcome to the club!

Definitely give a review of how your 901 is working for you when it arrives. Your input might be what drives someone else to switch from analogs to e-cigs. You never know.

Also, I advocate picking up a spare battery and at least one spare atomizer as soon as you can. Dealing with a ebay seller in China might not prove to be fruitful when dealing with any hardware failure that might occur, and you always want to have spares. That way, if something DOES fail, you've got something on which to fall back.

Have you looked into e-juice, yet, or do you plan on just using cartridges?

Thanks for the welcome guys! Prosrteet, I'm in MoCo to! Just moved back to my folks house in Poolesville aka Pooltucky as were known to the rest of MoCo haha. D_Struct, I realized this whenever I order something on ebay esepcially from a foreign place, but just a taste. From what I've seen will defintley be going with Puresmoker or one of the other good vendors on here and will be doing refills to save money. I'm very DIY oriented my car, my motorcycle, etc, save money and the satisfaction of doing the best job and doing it yourself.

You can quit. I have a DSE901 that I got from ebay to for $20 about a month ago. I havn't had an analog cig since I got this thing and don't want one. I've smoked for 30 years a pack a day.
Oh, and I guess I could be called a fellow Marylander. I lived in Bowie MD for 43 years but have been in Vegas for the last 5 and will never go back.

Cool, sounds like the same one I got Houdini. It was 19+10 shipping from China, DSE901B
black with blue led, charger, 5 carts. I know Bowie well, my moms family is all from PG County (Pantazes family, theyre Greek), my mom grew up in Berwyn Heights and went to Parkdale. I've quit many times, until that ice cold Bud Light hits my lips!
