Newb questions for my new set up

Alright, so here's my new set up.

Ego-C Twist battery 1000 mah, with the T2 Clearomizer (changeable coils) (and this thing is AWESOME)

And here's a couple of questions I have for you guys that know your stuff

1.) With the changeable atomizer heads in the T2, can you re-use them for different flavors? Say I get kind of tired of grape, and I want a mint...Can you just clean off the wicks and poor in another flavor?

2.) How long do atomizers last exactly? And how do you know when they're burnt out?

3.) When I click my Twist battery 5 times to turn it off, sometimes the atomizer makes a hissing sound with each click. Is this normal?

4.) And finally, I don't have a clue about resistance on the atomizers. When I made my order I just picked 1.8-2.0.
Is this an okay resistance for my setup? I mean I honestly have no idea what this even means.

My vaping goal is 8 watts.
My battery is 3.7 volts
My cartomizer is 1.7 ohms.
So I do the math:
V*V / ohms = watts
( 3.7 * 3.7 ) / 1.7 = 8.05
YAY!!! Satisfaction

If you're gonna have a Twist, you gotta do the math.

That click thing is unusual as it never happens on my ego batteries, it could be that your atty's are a little too sensitive.

Well no offense..thanks for the formula but it still doesn't really make sense to me.
What is resistance and why does it matter?

Also, the next question I really need to know is if you can clean out a changeable atomizer to use different flavors on a good atty..
