I've been vaping 777 ecigs for about a week, they're ok, just no vape output and batteries run out rather quickly... anyways, I've been making a list of what I think I'm needing for an upgrade that I'll keep for a bit, and would appreciate your opions.

Here is what I have picked:

1. Vamo
2. 19mm glass tanks (pryex)
3. aw imr 18650 battery
4. Ming Drip Tip
5. E-Juicy
6. A battery charger (Nitecore intellicharger i4???)
7. and a few single coil cartomizers.....

and i'lll use vivo tanks for other flavors too

how does that sound to you guys... please help if possible, and thanks a bunch :)

You are going to need more than one battery. I would say at least 3: 1 charging 1 resting, and 1 in use. Also, the Vamo is fairly large in 18650 mode. I don't mind it, but I like the flexibility of 18350 when I will be doing some running around.

Also, when I made my move to the Vamo, I invested in a coil of 30 gauge kanthal and started recoiling my novas and mt3s in practice for my inevitable move to rebuilable atomizers. The reward in the short term for learning to recoil and rewick is not having to pay for new heads. In the long term, it's practice for rba's.

Enjoy your new gear. And stop by the Vamo forum here, there's a loooooot of useful information there.

As far as a 19 mm glass tank if you're looking for simple and quick, the kanger protank may be a perfect fit. Its Pyrex, and stainless and works great. If you are set on a specific setup, then that sounds pretty good start to me. That's the beauty of it all, there's always something different to make it your own. Good luck with the start. Also if you are going to use carto tanks, since I didn't see it up there don't forget about a carto punch

I think you have an excellent set-up, especially the Vamo and the glass tank. I do agree that you will need at least two batteries, one for use, one for charging.

Make sure you use the Vamo in RMS (N02) mode and adjust your wattage to whatever you prefer.

Hi - if you're getting the pyrex tank so you don't have to be concerned about whether or not your juice is a "tank cracker," you may want to add a stainless steel, metal, glass or ceramic drip tip. There are ss ming-shaped tips, so you may already have that covered, but people often forget that drip tips come in direct contact with juice and many of the pretty ones are acrylic.

Welcome to SmokTek, LLC - The Better Smoking Alternative - Your source for personal vaporizers, e-cig supplies and e-liquids

thats just some of the vendors I go through, I like Smoktek cause I get all my stuff there and it is cheap, you can get VAMO there as well.

Now https://www.vaporbreak.com/en/ is china based vendor and takes 10-15 business days for your shipment I am trying this right now and I am currently waiting for mine. I suggest this as well, people here tried them already and seemed to work fine for them. Just get the VAMO V2 body only. you can go to a electronic store and get better batteries there.

I just got my lady friend one of these with one of these And she loves it. You don't have to get the EVOD tank, but it matches and actually performs quite nicely, no complaints so far. For the price its a good little mod, and it seems pretty sturdy. Also these are another option. My brother has one and its pretty cool. Variable voltage pass through so you can vape while its charging. I believe he got it with the smoktek tank, he's happy with it. Good luck man, and remember that you don't have to have something extremely fancy and expensive to get a good vape. Vape on.

Wow, I wasnt exoecting such nice opions so quickly... I'll be taking everyone's advice, as well, as experimenting.... Thanks guys, you are all awesome!

I got my Vamo here:

VAMO Variable Volt/Watt APV V2

It got here in 4 days.

(he also has cartomizers and drip tips)

But got my batteries here because I liked this brand of battery better and the shipping was FREE so there was no additional cost:

Efest IMR 18350 800mAh 3.7V LiMn Battery Flat Top or Nipple Tops (2PCS)

I think I've figured out everything I'll be needing (thanks for the help everyone). I'll be ordering a few Kranger Pro tanks when I see them available. Something odd happened that I thought was odd.... Last night the wife and I decided to go into a local smoke shop here in Pensacola just to see if they had any e-juice, drip tips and whatnot. The folks working the counter thought I was from outer space or something, lmao. Just thought that was funny. Thanks for the help peeps.

ITA - my first foray into ecigs was at a local smoke shop. They tossed me a "pack" of Encores, like that was the end-all be-all of ecigs. What a mess - I went back to analogs after the first few hours. Luckily there are VAPING stores locally and they saved me bigtime. I think real smoke shops don't really want you to quit!
