I have 2 identical Kanger T3S tanks on Vision Spinner 1300mah batteries. One works flawlessly and the other starts gurgling and flooding the battery when still 2/3 full. It does it on either battery and I have already replaced the head twice. Even the juice is the same only different flavors. It is starting to get a little frustrating.

Did I just get a bad T3S? Or am I missing something. The idea of getting rid of this tank and getting a EVOD is tempting. The only down side is they use different heads.

There are several things to try but a couple of the most common are to check the head to see how large the gap between the chimney and the flavor wick is and add flavor wick to fill it. Also a good rule of thumb when refilling is pull the rubber cap on the chimney up just slightly and let screwing the base on seat it for you.
Also Google gurgling t3 and you will find several YouTube videos that will show you in detail what I'm talking about.

Just get rid of the T3s and save yourself more frustration. Evods are easy. You are going to wind up with a lot of different devices eventually, including clearos that have different heads.

There isn't really any difference between an Evod and a T3S. I have/use both. No difference in leak rate for me.

Maybe the bad one has a missing "O" ring or something. For a T3S to consistently leak on you, once you have swapped over the atomizers, then something is not right. You could roll up a little cotton wool, pull out the air post and make a third flavour wick. Make sure it's given time to soak (or squirt on some liquid) before you vape it though.

Thanks all. It looks like a Evod is in order next time I'm in the vape shop.

It could work, but if your juice is thin (thinner) then the result will be the same.

Clearly, I don't know the consistency of your liquid or if there is a missing piece on the one T3S, but maybe you should consider an iClear16 or iClear30S. These work well with 80/20 juice and rarely give any trouble.

*disclaimer* it's all about the juice, the vaping style, and other factors. BCC are notoriously difficult to "get right"... there is not a perfect one.
