You need to research what companies will ship to your country. I can't bother helping someone unwilling to help themselves even a little bit.

I can give you a list of materials and items you will need. But first I suggest you source what companies will ship you liquid nicotine, pg and vg.

*Get more bottles than you think you will need. Once you mix a few blends that you like you'll want a "ready to vape" bottle of it and a "steeping" (sitting on the shelf for a couple weeks) bottle.

* You will also need a new notebook or index cards to keep track of your recipes, otherwise you'll soon have a room wallpapered with sticky notes.

*May I also add that it is a good idea to use a disposable (not re-loadable) credit card. Fill your cart, see the total (including shipping) buy a gift card at a retail store or your bank. Adds a bit to the cost of the order (my bank, for instance, charges $5 for these) but WELL worth it. Pay for the order, throw away the card. Easy.
