Newbie, 3 days in review

Just thought I would chime in with my experience so far, been vaping for 3+ days now using a ego-t, finally got my sample e-juices and cartos's (boge 2.0), and drip tip. Still trying to figure the best way to sample some of the juices, for now I just been doing a quick wash of the atty and using a cleaned out tank and it seems to be working. also have one ego hooked up with the carto and been vaping sweet tobacco and liking it, just initially used a needle fill, but now just dripping to refill. I have not had any leaking issues, mainly I think because of reading info here on ECF for the things to do to avoid. down to 2-3 analogs aday from 15+, getting the wife interested (as she sits on the couch vaping some 555.5 with a cold one, lol) Will give a follow up in a few days

Sounds like your on the right track . Got the equipment to stop analogs , all together .ANd hopefully , your wife will follow suit .

Congratulations and hope you keep up the vaping. I've been at it since end of March. Started out with the KR808's, loved it so much I bought 2 kits and I have a ton of carts! The small carto's are great for sampling new e-juice before you load up the big cartos! I have to admit, I'm still sampling!! My favorite is the Atomic Cinnacide from Welcome to Tasty Vapor He runs great sales and has great liquids!! I vape with the Echo and the IGO's both manual batteries, I get from D and B Gold - Home Great prices and sales as well. With the combination of these batteries and juice, I have absolutely no desire for analogs!! The batteries stay charged for about 24+ hrs, depending on how much you vape. I've become a chain vapor! Get your wife one of these cute 650 manual IGO's for $40, she'll love it with some Atomic Cinnacide (taste like one of those atomic fireball jawbreakers). After a few days of vaping with this combo she'll not want to smoke analogs again!! Good Luck to you both!!

I'm on 4 days straight e-cigs, NO analogs (though I had this overwhelming urge an hour ago,
straight out of left field; I vaped through it) and feeling pretty good about myself.

This is the easiest 1st week of no smoking I've EVER had; thank GOD for e-cigs and ECF!
The support here is beautiful.

808 worked for me. Six months clean here! Funny you should mention beer. That was the hardest cigarette for me to give up, the one in my hand with the beer. When the cig with the beer finally tasted nasty I knew I was done. About two months in for me and at that point I was only smoking other peoples cigs at parties. Also about that point when my tastebuds were coming back I started to change my taste in beer. Sierra Nevada Kellerweis to Sierra Nevada stouts. Mmmmm...having a nice stout now.

For you new folks, consider buying one bottle of your favorite juice in the next higher mg to help fight off the cravings or when you have one of those "I want to kill" days. This will help.
