Newbie Canadian (Ottawa) here needs some guidance

Help needed finind a good and reputable supplier in the Ottawa area, or at least one who can ship to Canada for both Hardware and juice.

Also, is there any kjind of local group who gathers here in Ottawa?

BTW folks if anyone can tell me if there any store front retailers in Ottawa as well that would be great

There are not a lot of retailers in Canada. I think the Canada forum has a list of Canada retailers and I don't know if any have storefronts.
