I think we have a 1/2 a bottle of it left :D Steacy enjoys it from time to time or mixes in something else simlar to give it a little bit of a kick :D ( using your juice as the kick :D )

Now that you have brought it up I am worried everyone will know the real reason I am organizing this vape meet is to accidentally steal everyones juice :D 1 bottle at a time!

Seriously though should be lots of juice samples to try and a few giveaways ( I will see what arrives ) and probably make a post so people know what they are in for.

It will be a post saying we have X amount of juices to try and this and this for giveaways nothing more nothing less. I did ask for business cards as well so that if someone finds something they love they know where to get it.

To me ( especially with struggling to hard to find a true ADV ) one of the best part of vape meets ( other than all the cool people obv. or I wouldn't bother going through all of this ) is trying things you haven't before and seeing hardware you were wondering about.

It also helps so much with the learning curve, you get to hear other experiences, what worked for them and what didn't. You suddenly become very educated in so many things in an enjoyable time frame.

This is becoming long winded but I owe you a huge debt of gratitude Slohand for putting on the first vape meet I went to! I had high and low expectations on what a vape meet would be, but even my high expectations were blown away from the great time I had and the great people I met.

Even if I walked away with nothing gained in the way of vaping education ( which is far from the truth ) I walked away with an enriched life meeting the people I did.

Yes I agree. Slohand was instrumental in the friends I have gained in the vaping community. A huge than you to Slohand.

And to you shades. I love the vape Umeets and this is turning out to be a big one.

I will hopefully have a bigger APV to show off with luck and postal speed from the states! Fingers crossed.

And count me in for giveaways.

Two vendors are showing up, and so far about 6 have offered to help us have a great vape meet!

I had to take my socks off but it sounds like we are upto

So after seeing a post in the Canada forum and chatting it up last night with a certain someone ... I think this vape meet needs some talk about rebuildables ... Like rebuilding stardusts and VIVI novas

And I just happen to know of a guy who is coming to the vape meet from Kingston whop rebuilds stardusts and VIVI heads. I think it would be super cool to see a live demonstration on building a wick/coil in a VIVI or Stardust.

I wouldn't want to single anyone out and make them feel uncomfortable but... If the person who I spoke to last night about rebuilding VIVIs would like to do a rebuild at the vape meet. I think that would be something everyone would be interested in for sure.

Just sayin'

It is my understanading that itsjustvapor.com will be making it to the meet and if any other vendor wants to swing by they are of course welcome :)

Aside from those personally attending, we have quite a few other vendors providing goodies for us.

Three juice vendors, who have supplied samples for us to try, all of which I asked to provide business cards, so if we sample of juice we really like we know where to go and get it :)

Any and all juice not vaped away from us trying them will be given away. I figure the best way to do this is see who is interested in the juice and we cut cards or something random along those lines.

Another vendor has sent something which has arrived.

Another vendor was going to try to get stuff to us, but my timing contacting them made it "tight" to get something shipped out, so if it doesn't happen, it is of not fault of theirs.

Yet another vendor has said they would be sending something along as well, but has yet to arrive, however they know when the meet is and how long things take shipping to Perth, so there are still plenty of days left before we get together on Saturday for it to arrive.

If for any reason it was shipped and doesn't make it, I will have everyone's name who attended and we can do some random number contest live in our Canadian chat thingy we have so there are witnesses it was fair and I will mail it/meet up with them somewhere and hand it over :)

It has just floored me the generosity of our Canadian Vendors and their support for this meet, and it just goes to show how different this "community/life choice" is from so many other things we deal with day to day. Sure they are business people, but they are also fellow vapers, with the same mind set.

I didn't go out and ask every Canadian vendor but the ones I did were happy to help us out. The reason I am not listing names in this thread is because I feel it would be unfair to the Canadian vendors I didn't ask. What was offered from others was more than enough for everyone to walk away with a little something and lots of different things to try.

Obviously those in attendance will know who has sent what but it isn't about that it is about knowing who to go to for what you like :D

I wouldn't mind a roll call/ I am still coming post either in the thread or in PM because I spoke with the pub today and depending on our #'s they might need to hold an extra section of the patio, which they never do.

Considering they are making an exception for us , I would hate to hold up room for no reason, and equally would hate for people to be "standing room only" :D

Put me down as a yes.

If the weather is crappy, I may bow out - Hwy 7 and storm are not something I want to experience. :) EC's Weatheroffice is predicting some showers, but no T-storms so it is looking good.

I'll probably bring a bunch of partial samples - stuff I've tried and wasn't my thing or stuff I've tried and bought the larger size - that are free to a good home. :)

@shades - I've got a bit of Jabba's in the samples, I'll put it aside for you if you haven't had a chance to try it yet.

@Bidslayer, no I haven't been able to try it yet :) I have a poop load of my own, and generally others bring samples to let others try or even for trade.

Yes Hwy 7 on good weather days is bad enough. I swear if you are a bad driver there is a rule you have to live between Perth and Carleton Place....

Since I started working just the other side of Richmond, I just go Perth to Franktown, then swing up Richmond road... faster, no traffic, and I have ran into more idiots on 7 in a day that I have in 9 months taking Richmond road.
