Quick update so no one feels like I am misleading them

Vapergeek isn't able to make it due to a commitment somewhere else he forgot about, and one of the other vendors thought it was the following weekend so it won't make it in time so I told him to not worry about it.

Once mail arrives Friday I can give you all a update of what we have to play with.

Hey Shades love all the effort going into this meet but I gotta tell you that I'm just really looking forward to seeing you all again.

Camping right now and will be back Friday night. Cobber and partner and me and partner will be carpooling it up on Saturday.

Let the cards fall where they may, the company is what makes it great!

I wouldn't mind a roll call/ I am still coming post either in the thread or in PM because I spoke with the pub today and depending on our #'s they might need to hold an extra section of the patio, which they never do.

Considering they are making an exception for us , I would hate to hold up room for no reason, and equally would hate for people to be "standing room only"

Yes one more sleep. Well two for me getting off night shift in about an hour. We are just waiting on the word from the sitter as to when we can leave Kingston.

I know one vendor will be there but what he brings will be a surprise as no one contacted him about giveaways.

I think the vendor you are talking about mentioned they were brining somnething and much like the other vendors, I didn't ask for anything in particular, just what ever they wanted to share and I like surprises too so it was a WIN WIN

Ok so considering it was supposed to be 90% POP and is now a lowly 20% chance it looks like tomorrow should be a nice and comfortable day for the vape meet.

Worse comes to worse, there is always my house

Looks like we are going to get to enjoy 37 Different flavours! madness I tell you madness!!!

Giveaway's will be a surprise cause thats always more fun

Slohand is right.. things will fall as they have and did, my effort was only to see if a few different juices would be around for us to try and hopefully ones we hadn't sampled before. I neglected to calculate the generosity of our Canadian vendors

I am super stoked about old vaping friends uniting and new ones coming to see just how fun these vape meets are This is going to be a great time

I'll likely be heading up a bit early to check out the town - I've only really been to the Garlic Festival (years ago). I do love the re-imagined bus shelters from Rideau Street.

It'll be more than 37 flavours (take that Baskins and Robins) as I scored some from the supplier in my latest order. I simply asked and was given a few to share. Bonus is that they happened to run out of a few of the flavours I ordered so they replaced them bottle for bottle (good thing I was ordering 10ml samplers ) with other flavours to tie me over until they can ship me the original flavours (at no cost to me, of course). So that makes more to share!

Thank you to everyone who made it to the vape meet had a great time indeed! Was great seeing the people from previous meets and getting to see some new fellow vapers, who hopefully at the next meet be again seen

Thanks to the people who donated juices and prizes as well I know a lot of people walked away with some new juices and cards to order as well.

Big props to bidslayer for PIF'ing the twist starter kit from itsjustvapor.com because she already had two and offered it to someone who didn't !! Most awesome sauce of you!

Also way wicked of Farmer_Bric to donate one of those use esco uvo tankadoodlie thingies!

We also might have helped two people into vaping with the cool pamphlet Rolland made and printed, and the disposables that were also donated

Our evening ended just when it was getting light out, so yeah Cobber we are going to be what I assume is just as exhausted as you considering the amount of epic driving you did to make it!
