I'd buy 5 to 10 of each and see what you prefer. And why would you want 100 carts per flavour? Do you seriously want to prefill 100 carts? If not, just wash them out and refill them.

As for cart mods, well, try a few - each has their advantages and disadvantages, and they are a bit of a personal preference.

Hello:
I ordered e-liquids and need recommendations on carts.
I would like to order 100 of them 1 per flavor
My hardware is 510-manual and 901-auto

1.- O or D shape carts, combo?
2.- Buy blue fluvial or order pre-stuffed cartridges.
3.- What vendor to choose from

On cart shapes, I've found that the very worst for the bridge snatching the filler is the 2 piece ones from TW (neither the 0 or D) and it's too bad because they are the best fit on some 510 attys. The D type as long as they're the 'new' D type where the mouthpiece is one piece are good. I much prefer the 0 type because I use the straw mod (vent mod) and the rounded edge gives the best distance from the bridge and the well is unobstructed and they don't glue the oem filler to the floor of the well like most D types. :)

I'd go with the 10 of each and go with juice rather than prefilled carts which can vary greatly in amount of juice.

dietsmokes used to have the best 901 0 type whistle tips but after I got a case of them ;-) (I'll likely never use all of them).... I haven't reordered so I'd check first.

I'm sorry, what I tried to say was that I want 1 cart dedicated per 1 flavor.
I just figured there is at least 100 flavors to try out there:)

Now that does make sense. However, most vendors of juice also sell carts, so you just could order a few with every load of liquid.

Having said that, I prefer the medium-flat ones. With the round ones, occasionally I accidentally bite too hard onto my PV, and the top pops off, and I get liquid into my mouth. Not nice.

There are also very flat ones out there, the inner shape is D-shaped. I just could not get one to vape as well as the medium-flat ones, although I guess they are not that bad; just not "my" carts.

BTW, you don't necessarily need one cart for one flavour; not only is it easy to wash out the card and replace the filling, many flavours blend together quite well, so changing carts between them is not that much of a problem.
Because, you know, you have to store and clearly label those 100 carts, too. And that can be quite a logistical problem ...
