They already have the new BVC available made with the cotton. Just ordered some today. Just wonder if they can be cleaned

....uh, based on what you just said I just spent time going through their forums, their press releases, their new product releases, and their wholesale product catalog and there's nothing.

So if you really did this, where did you purchase these? Please provide the link in an obfuscated form, e.g.:

Be careful buying replacement coils. I got some from a local shop and they were nockoffs. Looked very legit but constantly giving dry hits, not wicking and some wouldn't even fire. There is very subtle difference between the two . I have a other local shop that has the real ones and comparing them side by side it's hard to see at first on some but others you could tell they are fake because the holes are drilled uneven or just poorly. The box side by side is almost spot on but the legit one has a barcode with scratch off verification number. The fakes had no barcode.

They do??? Now that would be nice.

Could you provide a link to the vendor that sells them?

And no, cotton wicks can't be cleaned--but they could be replaced, depending on the design of the atty.

If you notice the BVC has extra vent holes around the bottom ring. What I did was to take some super glue GEL and Carefully fill one of the vent holes. Don't do this while it's on your eGo. Watch the threads on the inside...didn't over fill the hole

I can't speak to the gel, but I'd be very careful about using superglue with the holes in a BVC coil. There's an outer and inner cotton liner, and superglue (cyanoacrylate) has an exothermic reaction to natural fibers (cotton, wool, leather) that can basically catch it on fire:

Cyanoacrylate - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I pick up a pack of 5 BVC 1.8's for around 6 dollars and only prime them for an hour or so with my preferred liquid before use. Right around 4 volts keeps them real happy for about two weeks. Seems to me if you are willing to tend to a disposable so lovingly, you would enjoy building your own coils...just saying...
