Newbie - Dual to single coil - cause Aerotank to drain of ejuice

Hi there,

Been vaping for 3 months now and I use EVOD II with a single coil 2.2 ohm. I recently bought a Vision Spinner II with Kanger Aerotank mini. I adjusted the spinner to allow me to have 8.0 wattage (4.0 volts). Last night, while I was sleeping, all of the ejuice completely drained out of the tank. Would this be by using the single coil instead of the dual coil?

Everything was checked for no leaks and all seals/rubbers are in place, all the ejuice just drained out of the bottom of the aerotank. Any suggestions?

Thanks everyone.

I've had the same problem with this tank also. I couldn't find the problem of why it kept leaking all over my battery and pocket, I tried changing the juice and the coil with different brand new coils and no such luck. The coil I was using was the new version of the BDC that it came with. Since I threw it in the trash almost a week ago I haven't had any problems.

Thanks so much everyone for your reply. The single coil I use is actually the same size (height) as the dual coil (Kanger). Guess it's back to a the dual coil - I wish they came higher though in ohms, the highest I can get is 1.8. Might just go back to the EVOD II's, never had any issues with those at all and I've got too many single coils on hand!

Thanks again everyone! What would you recommend for the Spinner (with a flow control) that can handle a single coil? I haven't been able to find anything!
