Yes but I would call first. Not sure if they have a storefront or just a warehouse but plenty of folks have stopped by to buy!

I'm in NC myself. Have also ordered from Mad Vapes, very fast shipping and love that they charge actual shipping costs, not the $6-$7 flat rate that most suppliers charge. Despite that, I still buy from other suppliers because Mad Vapes often either doesn't have what I want or are out of stock.
Good luck with the vaping, I'm like you, still doing some analogs. Have to just stop buying them and make the full leap.
