I had a shipment stuck at the HSA too... did not collect. To share, was told that the 1st time is just a warning - not many people know of e-cig, or the fact that it is not allowed in Singapore. Even for personal consumption.

Well our new president wants us to pay for the people that do not work!I make 17 dollars an hour,but when I see my check,I could go crazy on the government! They take almost halfe in taxes! And the new president wants more! He thinks we should share,I think not! You make your money,I will make mine! This new president will not last long,my greatest hope is he will be impeached! He is way to communist leaning,I do not consider him my president.

Hi. I'm facing the same problem as those fellow forumers are facing now. Package stuck at custom. Receive letter from hsa saying I'm suppose to call them on how to get back my package. But I called and they say can't take back. So what I'm I suppose to do? Spent 100 over bucks on it.

i've been thinking about ecigs 2 years ago. so as an individual with no experience i bought it from deaextreme. yeap, of course i got it held by HSA. had to write a letter(email) saying that i wont be importing such items to sg ever ever again. a year later i tried my luck. this time i bought it from another dealextreme-like site. (focalprice, dont know if you guys are familiar with them) Again it got stuck in customs/HSA and i was given another chance by the guy who handled me.

today, i bought a semi full kit from one of the suppliers in ECF. i hope i wont be looking back again to another analog.
