Hi all. My father, sister and I had decided to try switching to e-cigarette (my bro wanted to wait for our feedback first) and I'm supposed to do all the research and stuff. And yep we are a smoking family except for my poor mom.

After reading much info and the forum for 2days (and still somehow confused), I've decided that I want an eGo for myself and for my sister. As for my father, I have concern about the manual switch and here goes my questions.

1) My father has big and thick hands, would it be hard for him to maneuver with the button switch of eGo? Or do you have any better recommendation for him? He is a little bit rough when handling tools, would eGo be durable enough?

2) I don't think there's any e-cigarette seller in Singapore. Can anyone recommend me a good seller that offers cheap international shipping rates? We would have to keep ordering the supplies in the long run, therefore I need good shipping rates.

3) I see that there's kGo, eGo-T, eGo-C, what is the difference between kGo and eGo and the others? Or are there many different types of eGo? And how many types are there?

4) Are there different sizes of eGo? Or is it only the battery that is different size?

5) I saw something that I like, a pink color kGo:
KGO Pink Atomizer Kit 1100mah

But I'm wondering if I would be able to get the same matching pink color atomizer + cartridge or carto when I replenish them? And would I be able to get them from other stores too?

6) I'm still not sure if I should get a Carto or a separate Atomizer + Cartridge. I think I would prefer Carto, it seems easier. But what are the pros and cons of either one?

7) I read that I can DIY and refill the liquid in a Carto for up to 5 times. Is that right? And how do I do it? Is there any instruction that I can read?

8) Is there anything else that I should be aware of?

Any replies would be helpful. Thank you! :)

Hi! I'm a fellow newbie myself but I just went through the whole research thing. The EGo and the KGo are essentially the same thing, but the KGo gets more bang out of the battery. I'm not sure on the whole technical part, but that causes the vaper to be a hotter hit. Like when you are smoking a cig and it's hot. I wanted that to help me make the transition. I got it in the mail today and it's great. It's definitely going to take some getting use to, but it's worth it in so many ways.

It doesn't seem to be hard to press the button, but it takes getting use to since you're use to holding a cig a certain way.

There are different sizes, it has to do with the battery. Bigger ones, bigger batteries, longer before they have to be charged.

I know some people here will have better answers but just wanted to let you know what I've noticed, being new to it as well.

Good luck!

Hi and welcome to ECF.
1) My father has big and thick hands, would it be hard for him to maneuver with the button switch of eGo? Or do you have any better recommendation for him? He is a little bit rough when handling tools, would eGo be durable enough?
Kgo would be good for him.
I've decided that I want an eGo for myself and for my sister.
Ego is 3.4 volts while the Kgo or E-Power are 3.7 volts. Although the E-Power is a little more expensive it uses cheap generic $5.00 batteries compared with the $17.00 Kgo batts so in the long run E-Power much cheaper.
Are there different sizes of eGo? Or is it only the battery that is different size?
100 mah= 1 hour normal vaping before recharge. If the vendor does not list the mah do not ourchase from them IMO.
I read that I can DIY and refill the liquid in a Carto for up to 5 times. Is that right? And how do I do it? Is there any instruction that I can read?
I use a 3.7 volt PV with Smoktech 1.7 XL single coil cartomizers with a tank and the cartos last about 2 weeks before I have to replace them. The tank can be reused almost endlessly.
In regards to carto colors you can get colored "cones" that go over the carto but this means you can't use the tank until you unscrew the carto. The Smoktech 1.7 XL single coil cartomizers are extra large and hold lots of juice.
Seeing as Ecigs are illegal in Singapore here the Singapore Vapers Forum. Post 5 times, wait 1 hour and you can post there to find out where the best and safest place to order from is
SG Vapers
Good Luck.

You're welcome and I'm suggesting the extra switches because of the situation in SG. Once you have your 5 posts ask in the SG forum and someone will reply to you via pm/ inbox...understand you may not gain their trust at first as there are Singapore Antz in this forum IMO
Good Luck and I wish your and your family well.

Thanks so much for the helpful info and advice, Vapoor eyes er, I will go through them. :)

Yes

Health Cabin, but I see that they don't ship to Singapore, although the link you gave does. I think many places don't ship to Italy and Singapore. Maybe you can get advice from the Malaysian group here. Or from Facebook because I know there are members from Singapore there.Very friendly group.
3) I see that there's kGo, eGo-T, eGo-C, what is the difference between kGo and eGo and the others? Or are there many different types of eGo? And how many types are there?

Battery Sizes

5) I saw something that I like, a pink color kGo:

Yes, the cones can be bought anywhere. That is a battery and removable cone in pink. The cartomizer inside (under the cone)can be any color, just screw your matching cone overthe cartomizer and put on driptip.
6) I'm still not sure if I should get a Carto or a separate Atomizer + Cartridge. I think I would prefer Carto, it seems easier. But what are the pros and cons of either one?
I would suggest a carto and/or Vision (Stardust), to see what you like best. Personally I love the new Vision See my pic. Cartomizer list here

7) I read that I can DIY and refill the liquid in a Carto for up to 5 times. Is that right? And how do I do it? Is there any instruction that I can read?
Eveyone is different. I refill my cartos and Stardust until they die hehe... (maybe months, maybe less)

8) Is there anything else that I should be aware of?
You can fit ANY 510 carto, atomizer, tank, clearomizer, Stardust with your ego batteries. You can mix and match to find what you like.

eGo VV battery with Vision Stardust, and eGo 900 mah battery with eGo Mega Dual Coils cartomizer.

thanks dragonbone, but im looking for a brand call green smoke
wanted the standard size of a regular cigarette.
any recommendation.
Here is the link to Green Smoke.
However in my opinion that is very expensive. Why don't you look at mini ecigarette at Health Cabin? For eg. 808 Battery, Charger, Boge cartomizer, Kanger cartomizer... If you choose white battery and yellow cartomizer it will look like a cigarette.

Or 510 kits either seperate items or as a kit with a few extra cartomizers.

Then you need ejuice to fill up your cartomizers.

Health Cabin can now ship to Singapore by DHL with no problem. Order for $250 and over, is FREE shipping by DHL :).
