Hi All Newbies from Singapore in this thread,
I am new too, 3 weeks of vaping only.
For all of you that want to try ordering from Healthcabin and have it delivered by DHL, I would recommend to make that order small.
if it got held up in the Customs, you are not going to get it back.
For higher chance of getting it thru, don't include e-juice in the same order..
Luck will be a big factor here, since our Customs is already trained to sniff out such shipment.
From my understanding from the SG Vapers post,
If it does get detained in Customs, you will most like receive a letter from Customs/HSA to invite you for coffee.
First timer can claim "ignorance" and will be let off with a warning. Repeated attempts will not be just a spank on the wrist.
Better utilize our close proximity to our friendly neighbor, Malaysia, for bigger orders.
You will be spending some $$$ when starting up this.

For you folks in Singapore, Philippines is a major hub for stuff. Going through various sites located there it looks like they got a big vaping community and prices are not that high compared to what HC sell stuffs at. + you can easily get SS, Ceramic wicks and all .. There is a site like ebay for that country. Try contacting some of the sellers. They can help you out. No idea regarding the shipment since E-cigs are banned there. They do DHL and poslaju or somethin..... :vapor:

And regarding some1 saying to declare as other product's via EMS.... Don't go that route mate... Just place a small order from some EL-Cheapo site via Registered air mail.. You will have to wait for 15- 20 days for a delivery but just see whether they can slip through customs. I would never recommend DHL or EMS the 1st time coz if it gets seized then you will have to wait for it to be dispatched again from the seller, provided they do that, and I am not sure that the seller will be able to ship it via DHL without proper declaration.

You're welcome and I'm suggesting the extra switches because of the situation in SG. Once you have your 5 posts ask in the SG forum and someone will reply to you via pm/ inbox...understand you may not gain their trust at first as there are Singapore Antz in this forum IMO
Good Luck and I wish your and your family well.

Hi I ordered some from website but it takes so long. Can any one help me with local sellers?

In Singapore, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) are currently prohibited under Secion 16 (1) of the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act, which is enforced by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA). This legislation prohibits the importation, distribution, sale or offer for sale of any confectionery or other food product or any toy or other article that is designed to resemble a tobacco product or the packaging of which is designed to resemble the packaging commonly associated with tobacco products. HSA takes a serious view on any person who contravenes the law. Those guilty of the offence are liable to a fine of up to $5, 000 upon conviction.
