hey all - was outside work having a ciggie early in the week when one of my smoking buddies pulled out a weird contraption (was a screw driver) and started sucking on it

had seen ads for "electronic cigarettes" before - the replica kind with glowing red tip - but assumed they were a cheap worthless gimmick - but after chatting to this guy I got curious and did a little research

.. so a few short days later here I am with my gg tb with 3.7v 1600 mah battery, LR 1.7 ohm high capacity cartomiser and menthol 24mg juice! - haven't had a ciggie (sorry, "analog") in 36 hours, which is a first in 20 years of heavy 30-40 a day smoking

can't say I haven't wanted a ciggie, because I have, but importantly I haven't had one and can really see this being a viable substitute - happy days!

Hi Colin. I'm from the UK too.

I had my last ciggie about 11 days ago, like you i have still craved a cigarette, and still do to an extent, but vaping has certainly contained it and i can definitely say its getting easier every day now.

Keep it up mate!

Congrats to you too deejay. Wishing you both the best from across the pond :)
