Hey guys, I'm new here and don't know how to create my own thread, so I hope I can ask here.

I use a Vamo V5 (in which the left botton is stuck temprementaly!). My question is; I just purchased a new Aspire nautilus today. After trying it out in the shop and bkowing some epic clouds, I was entruiged so made my purchase.

Problem is I cannot get a vape anywhere close to the shop owners which I tries, It was a different mod, but no more powerfull than the Vamo. So, which is the best voltage and wattage settings for blowin' louds? Also am I better with the 1.6 or 2.0 ohm coil for this?

Any help would be great especially with regards to the coil.

Cheers guys and apologies if this is in the wrong thread/forum

To get the biggest cloud you will need the highest power setting, in the videos i've watched they say that the coil starts to burn after about 15 watts but that's you V5 limit anyway.

The V5 may be able to manage 15 watts with a 2.0 coil but may not depending on its voltage output ability so i would say 1.6 everytime.
Also the BVCs made from the nautilus mini are supposed to be far superior to the BDC from the original nautilus.

Lastly make sure the air flow holes are open to maximum.

if you've tried all that then maybe it was something to do with the type of juice

Hey, DH88UK and lolbeat6. Newbie here too..

When I entered the "e-cig" world first time, I didn't know about the term "vaping".... At first, I bought Apollo superior kit (what a rip off imo since thier batteries suck), which costed me £50 or more. Now I use aerotank mini (should have ordered mega) cause my MVP2 is on the way to here. Many people say that MVP2 is a great upgrade from eGo, since MVP2 has a 2800mAh, VV/VW, oHm reader (not sure if I'm wrong) and other stuff. I believe it's possible to create your own texture for your own MVP2 as well.

I also may be wrong: dual coils / single coils are just a preference but dual coils can drain e-liquid and your fixed battery (no VV/VW) so fast, which is not good. For MVP2 or any other good one with VV/VW, dealing with dual coils should be easier (changing the battery's power to reduce e-liquid production). But oHm is also a factor in all of this... my dual coils are all 1.5 oHm. 1.5 oHm is a low oHm compared to 2+ oHm, which may explain the fast drainage as well.

For DIY re-wicking and making own e-liquid, now that's a huge ladder step (huge learning curve). But for now, just enjoy your vape and when you have free time, read the forum, videos or whatever on how to do these things. :) Also, I use joosejuice.co.uk to puchase cheap e-liquid (10ml per £1.49) however, if you get one from them, you must "steep" or "steeping" the e-liquid by yourself... Steeping is another thing to learn and how to steep effectively...

There are so many stuff in the Vaping world. A lot of different vaping stuff (mods, mech, whatever)...Lol, vapor is like a little car. everything must work / match / connect properly, otherwise the vapor (car) won't work properly :/

Again, I could be wrong with some of the info I've mentioned above. But learn from my mistake, don't purchase so many vaping stuff unless you are 100% sure that they will work / suit for you. Reviews will help. I've wasted a lot of money on this vaping stuff (more expensive than hand rolling my own tobacco) but I would prefer better health. But when you know everything about vaping (expierenced), the costs will be so much less (cheaper than 50grams of tobacco bag for £16!). If you want to save money at this point at the same time, try not to turn all of this into a hobby. Making this into a hobby can get more and more expensive too. It's like building a new PC and upgrading whenever new stuff comes out.

Oh, and most importantly!!!! You must drink a lot of fluids (i.e water) since e-liquid will cause dehydration.

And welcome again!
