Hello everyone,

I just started vaping 1 month ago, I have been away from smoking for a month. I am glad being a member here :D. A lot o f Pro Vapers!! Please take a look at what I am using right now:

View attachment 369454

The battery its reflex and i am using 4.3V and the coil is 1.8ohm.

So I would like to move on to MODs and on new clearomizers. I have read lots of threads but since I am new in these stuff I am kind of confuse so any information provided by you will be appreciated!!

I am thinking in bying the Aspire Nautilus Mini (BVC) Tank Clearomizer or the Aspire Nautilus Tank Clearomizer or the Kanger Aerotank Mega. I dont care about the quantity so any advises will be great.

Now on MODs. I have seen a lot of MOD reviews in youtube. The powerful ones (30W) I liked were Sigelei 30W SX300 and Joyetech eVic Supreme Kit.

The most common ones (15W) I liked were VAMO V5 and Sigelei Legend. (Basically this 2 I can find them in my country) The 2 above I have to order them from abroad.

So first please give me your comments on the above mods if any and since I am a newbie should I go for a 30W or 15W? Which is best for me as I am new in vaping?

Any suggestions for any other MODs or clearomizers will be great!!! Thanks :D

If you plan on using the Aspire tanks for awhile 30w's is overkill for those atomizers. Although, 30w devices have seriously came down in price, thanks to the flood of ipv2's coming about (100 watts for $100). Id say to go with a 30w device, since they are relatively affordable and readily available now. You won't need all 30 watts for the Aspire tanks, but you will have a mod that can put out more power if you switch to other atomizers in the future.

Hi if your going to be using a higher wattage device, 30 watts or like my ipv2 50 watt, you will likely want to run a rba (rebuildable atomizer) because they can vape at a much higher wattage without burning. Depending on the build of course. Pre made coils burn up at a higher wattage vape. But with the right build, a rba can vape much higher . I've gone to 50 watts without burning . Rbas or rdas are made to build for higher wattages. If you get a high wattage mod and use a premade coil you would have to stay at a low wattage or the coil will burn at higher wattage. That's just something to consider. They make some very nice mods that are 30 to 50 watts. I really like my ipv2 50 watt box mod. It's got touch fire and regular fire and it's got the yihi sx330 v2 chip inside.it displays ohms, volts, wattage and battery. It is sure to give you a consistent vape up to 50 watts. Which ever mod you choose remember if it's higher wattage, you will likely want to use a good rba or rda that will withstand the wattage. Hope this helps and best wishes. Good luck on your journey.

It all depends on your vaping budget i assume.

If you're going to spend money for a long vaping period, it will be wise to buy a nice, strong(high wattage cap) & stable mod,
so u can test any rda/rba or even a simple clearomiser on it.

Also, does size matters to you? There are some compact mods out there, like the VS dna30, or even the rDNA.
30W box mods, VaporShark's good customer service.

IPv2 is also a nice buy,climbing up to 50W, if u decide to be a box-guy.. :p

I think the Aspire mini and a 30w device would be a great match. I'm running the mini on an MVP2 and have a 30w device on order. The new BVC coils have shown to take more wattage while producing excellent results, some running them north of 15w. I think this combination will give you the ability to customize your vape, give you good results and keep you safe until you decide if you want something else. And with the 30w device you have room to grow into other directions later.

Being that the Aspire coils are factory made, they well have limitations in the power input that they will accept. Too high watts input and you'll burn out the coil. So, just because you have all that power in your mod doesn't mean you'll always use it, especially with factory made coils.

Where the high watt devices shine is if you should ever decide to get into rebuildable atomizers, where you are actually making the coils yourself with a heavier grade wire than the factory made coils use. Then you can use the full potential of your high watt device.

Like Batitude said, the higher the wattage the more you can do, the greater the potential for you.
If you don't plan on rebuilding your coils and prefer to use factory coils the Vamo at 15 watts would work fine and they are available in your country.
I have a couple of Vamos and they work fine and they are very affordable. I also have several other mods that are higher wattage but they are RBA/RTA and I wick and build the coils myself.
If you are not sure where you are headed a Vamo at 15 watts is an affordable start.

Just my opinion.

Welcome to the club my friend! :)

Thanks both for the great answers!!!!

So there are no factory made coils that get 30w or 20w ?

I am kind of confused 1.8ohm or 2.0ohm (that I am currently using) how much Watts can take max?

I have read that higher ohm is less watts thats correct?

I dont know, I think its better to go with 30W mod for future investment if you know what I mean. I dont want to buy a 15W and then If that does meet my requirements to have to buy 30W.

Thanks for the help!!
