Hey there folks I just bought an ifill (pictured below) works well and all but they spill when laid horizontally. It goes right through to the mouthpiece which is just hole leading to the atomizer. Any suggestions? Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Not sure which clearo that is, but heard some leak. Make sure your mouthpiece is screwed down tight onto the plastic cap that sits on the head. Also try not to fill the clearo all the way up to the top, but just below the holes where the wicks enter into the head. I layed down my iclear on its side all night and had no leaking.

The Ifill looks just like most any clearomizer with a replaceable head. They should not leak out of the mouthpiece, even when turned upside down. The way it could happen, if everything is screwed down snug, is if liquid is in the center tube, which can happen while filling, or as they get a couple weeks of use as seals shrink. One other possibility is that your leaking is caused by a loose head inside the clearo. This can come unscrewed a bit while taking off the tip, so you should make sure it is tight.

You'll need more clearos anyway, so get a couple of another brand to see if the Ifill ones are just not that good or you got one from a bad batch. Vision Ego clearos are a good quality brand. Good luck!

A lot of my clearos leak after I put them away, if you want a real fix, look into rebuilding the coil, possibly with smaller wicks. Make sure everything is on there tight (especially the silicone cover nearest to the wicks).

I'm sort of resigned to the fact that the clearos I have are always going to leak a little bit, when I go to use one I blow it out from the battery connector and wipe inside the mouthpiece with a tissue or pointed Qtip. You can also press the power button a little before you inhale and leave it pressed a half second after the inhale to try and burn off excess liquids.

I've also switched mainly to plain old cartomizers to avoid the problem, but it's a bit more of a pain to be dripping in more juice every half hour or so...

1. Don't lay it down. I just poked some holes in a small cardboard box and use it as a ghetto holder until I can come up with something better.

2. I got one of those starter kits, ended up trashing the clearo after 3-4 tanks. Would suggest getting a couple of a different type to attach to your battery and seeing if the problem stops. I highly recommend Kanger products (have been using Evods, just got my ProTank in today and I'm loving it), but your mileage may vary.
