Hopefully someone can help me with this. Why is it that i can put one of the new CE4 V2 clearomizers on an ego 1100mah battery and get the same throat hit, heat, flavor as I do when I use a regular Ce2 clearomizer on a manual 510, BUT when I put the same CE4 V2 clearomizer on an ego 900 I do NOT get the same results. Not as much vapor and not nearly as hot.... Hoping someone could guide me. Im just trying to get back into vaping and trying to find the right combo for me.

what type or brand are the eGos? Are they both batteries or is one a passthrough? And if they are genuine Joye eGos, then the amount of charge is irrelevant as they are regulated to a constant voltage through the entire charge. If the 900mah is a Joyetech and the 1100mah is a Smoktech or other clone, the voltages will be different.

Joye eGos are regulated to run at 3.4v and MOST clones are regulated at 3.7 or unregulated which would give you about 4.1v and slowly decrease to about 3.2v.

Excellent point. Ego is the smallest voltage battery on the market. It's also limited as to what you can use on it. And it will reduce the power if it doesn't like what you are using. All these limitations is why I never recommend an ego when there are so many models without these limitations in the same price range (or lower) and same physical size.

I recommend Ego's for
1. Safety
2. Quality
3. Looks
4. Portability
5. Ease of use
6. Excellent performance over the long term
7. Amount of accessories available

But I might be biased a little:)

I agree, eGo's are possibly the most versatile devices on the market, simple, reliable, and cheap enough to replace if something happens, and with the recent addition of the VV eGo Twist, simply amazing.

I use my twist almost exclusively to drip, though I will use it when i go to theme parks etc so i dont lose my ProVari lol

The batteries I am using are the ego 900, ego 1100, and an off brand manual 510. The 1100 battery is one of those new embossed colorful ones by ego. (Supposed to be anyways).... It just didnt make sense why using the same CE4 V2 put out a ton more on the 1100. The ego 900's are older batteries. You might be on to something with the battery height/connection since with use, then tend to get pushed down. Guess I'm going to try that.

I recommend the Kgo or E-Power for:

1. Safety
2. Quality
3. Looks
4. Portability
5. Ease of Use
6. Excellent performance over the long term
7. Amount of accessories available
8. 3.7 volt battery instead of the small ego 3.4 volt battery
9. Standard 1000+ mAh battery instead of the ego's standard 650 mAh battery

And I don't use either an E-Power or Kgo so I'm not biased but just know a better deal when I see one.
