Well if you start off in the ECF Library by reading through "The Wonderful World of vaping" you'll have an idea of where to start, and stick with the suppliers listed on the forum and you won't get screwed. And after you get 5 posts head over to the SG sub-forum and find out where and how they get stuff to Singapore.
Research, research, and research. Don't jump on the first thing that looks promising. Don't vape until you turn purple. My first days of vaping I way overdid it and became ill.

so much to learn and study before can even start two days ago i came across e cigs online for the first time. read many good reviews on the v2 cigs, but when i found sg vapers seems like everybody is suggesting France.jantyworld.com. can anybody tell me why? is it less risky? how are the packages sent to us? plane box? am rather scare die. only realised today whilst reading online more about the e cig that it is illegal in sg. I thought it was such a perfect way to cut down or even stop smoking regular cigs.
