DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS!
very good advice you gave her.
if she calls em out, i will join in. these people should NOT have the privilege of being a sponsor on ECF. i have been vaping for 2 years. i have done business with ALOT of suppliers. this one is HORRIBLE.

EvilCute - You've gotten some really good advice from other members here. So I'll add my :2c:.

Do not reply in that vendor's forum. I repeat: Do not reply in that vendor's forum.
Reply in the "SUPPLIERS reviews" thread instead.

Why? Because:
1. You'll have more exposure on the suppliers reviews thread
2. You'll avoid getting attacked by "fanboys".
3. You'll avoid having a flame war
4. There will more objective minded people reading and replying to the thread.
5. The vendor will probably respond faster on the "suppliers reviews" thread
due to exposure.

Hoping you get your issues resolved.

i cant believe it. i found out who this vendor is and I HAD EXACT SAME PROBLEM! and was even harrassed at all times of the day and evening about a return, yes calling me at WORK-i am a Registered Nurse at a hospital!!!
THEY SHOULD NOT BE AN ECF SPONSOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I HOPE evilcute exposes their name!

Oh Lord, had one of them a long time ago. Made the mistake of posting on the vendor's forum. Long story short, because of the flaming, a few people moved on. So not cool. And you're right, they should be exposed if that type of crap is going on.

Richie G - You, Sir, are making a scene in my heart
Yup, I think I killed the attys myself by vaping too dry. I admit it. I killed them and hid the bodies.

I have not (fingers & eyes crossed) yet had a problem with a vendor, so I really don't have any business 'tall replying to this thread, except to say:

evilcute, I like the cut of your jib.

i had a problem with a vendor when I first started vaping, I lost out on $215 bucks of product and didn't even know about the forums at the time. 3 months after I finally found the forums and WISHED i could've posted something about the vendor and their complete disregard for me and my problems. I suggest you take an aggressive stance on this otherwise you won't get your money back. BTW the vendor that screwed me was eastmall, and like another user said, people will continue to buy from their favorite vendors, but your posts will make that vendor think twice about screwing people over again

Great analogy, Dodge!!!! I last tuned in here 2 days (episodes???) ago, and it seems the storyline has not yet progressed!! I just hope the producers of this saga (Evilcute productions, inc.) are kind enough to tie up all the loose ends in this show before it gets "cancelled"!!!!!!! To paraphrase Don Corleone in 'The Godfather'......"Evilcuta........Evilcuta.....what have I ever done to you to make you treat me so disrespectfully????"

Ditto, Sugarmama.

If my geography is right and my <cough> deduces aren't wild, Evilcute hails from Down Under. If that is truly the case, she gets even more credit for holding back on blowing the vendor away after WAITING to receive her equipment and subsequent waits on returns.

Evilcute is clearly a class act.

If there is a problem with an ECF Supplier (either a Registered Supplier or Forum Supplier) that cannot be resolved by contacting the supplier directly and working it out with them then I am your point of contact for these "unresolved disputes". While I cannot guarantee a resolution, we do monitor complaints against suppliers and we have in the past removed suppliers form ECF that had what we believed to be too many unresolved complaints.

However, if nothing is reported to us, it is likely we will be in the dark about the situation.

Heh - insert "sad trombone" sound here (hope you know which one I mean).

Absolutely - my restraints would have been broken by now. Well done to evilcute - here's hoping that the vendor bends over backwards to make things right for you, especially considering the respect you've given them.

Thank you Elendil. I will keep that in mind in the future. My "dispute" was resolved. I am just appalled at the harrassment I received.I dont take kindly to suppliers who behave the way this one did. Even though I got it resolved through them, it was not pleasant, and I will just never do business with them again and will definitely not recommend them.

Did you do a review of them? It would be great if people would put a review of their bad experiences, too, so that other people might be spared the same treatment. Everybody may not listen and everybody may not have the same experience, but it seems like you and the OP did, and I would like to avoid a similar situation, but all I have to go on are the infomercial reviews.

Argue the charge with your bank and see if they can help. Don't wait too long though. Most vendors will reply to you and correct the problem. Could be that they got a bad supply and you're not the only customer who has a complaint. Keep emailing them and ask them to at least reply to see if they will correct the mistake. I wish you would expose this vendor so that other people will know to watch out for the charges and products. Please don't leave us in the dark. I have a very limited budge and can't afford to replace stuff constantly. I have been on the same 510 atomizer for 7 weeks. Hasn't let me down yet. I even know when it tells me it needs a cleaning. Good luck and keep us informed on the situtation.
