Newbie in distress : Vendor is not helping

Another huge DITTO on Vapor Junction. Amazing service, Travis is a real gem. They were the vendor I chose for my very first 808 and it was no contest going right back to the source to do my upgrade to the new 808.

He had trouble running my card yesterday, he emailed, then I called him, got his VM, and he called me right back. I finally found the source of the problem (the card was on a fraud block, stupid things) and we got the purchase done. We chatted about the CE2 cartomizers and he said he is doing another order real soon! I asked him about cleaning them. Not only is he a vendor, he is educated and educational about the product he sells!

He is a real joy to talk with over the phone, a real gentleman, and an honest businessman. In a market where there are vendors that take advantage (like those mall kiosks) and charge out the wahoo for a PV, Travis has great prices, and his customer service is outstanding.

Vapor Junction is so on top of things....It's AMAZING! I had an issue with a charger, wasn't sure it was working properly...called and spoke with Travis, he said he'd put one in the mail same day...I called back about an hour later and told him not to send 1 out cause it looked like it was just taking a bit longer to charge than the other chargers...HE SENT IT OUT ANYWAY...that is great customer service :).
Not only did Vapor Junction stand behind their product, but went above and beyond the call of duty, sending out the replacement part before recieving it back. I highly recommend this supplier....

After my last email to Tony which contained the phrase “the Supplier Complaints Officer of E-Cigarette Forum is aware of my ongoing issues with my order”
and
“Further action will be taken if I do not receive an adequate response within 24 hours”

I received a reply immediately. Veeerrry interesting…but schtoopid.

I was refunded the amount of the overcharge via Paypal, and he says he is sending some replacement atomizers and a new PCC.

So, barring some unforeskin incident, I should be wrapping this thread up soon, and taking my ... over to the Suppliers Review forum. I’ll go first, you follow me in your car.

Thank you Elendil. I will keep that in mind in the future. My "dispute" was resolved. I am just appalled at the harrassment I received.I dont take kindly to suppliers who behave the way this one did. Even though I got it resolved through them, it was not pleasant, and I will just never do business with them again and will definitely not recommend them.

I had a problem with this supplier when I first started, too. The main thing that bothered me so much was his attitude! This man should not be dealing with the public!!!

I definitely think it's time to step this one up evilcute. Post a review on the supplier's review forum.

As for messing with the PCC - I wouldn't just yet. Wait until this is settled one way or another. If you mess with it, it might void any warranty on the PCC and they may not credit you.

I’m planning a sacrificial burning of it when the replacement arrives.

VaporJunction sounded like the man of my dreams until I found out they don’t do Paypal or ship to Australia. Single tear.

Now that I know my Sidesho from Modern Vapor is a 510 compatible system, I can now I can get parts from wherever I like. Such a noob.

I’m thinking of Heavens Gifts, they seem reliable.

UH-OH!....Tell your Avatar I meant no offense when I mentioned body parts, or when I called you "baby"....he looks pretty angry and I'm scared senseless right now!!!!!

I use Health Cabin and Amy is awesome. I'm in the ACT and the orders are here within a week :2cool:
