Newbie in need of assistance with Innokin SVD 2.0 and a Delta ii

HI

I've been vaping about two weeks now and I'm really liking it.
No ciggarettes for two weeks.

I started out with a "pen like" thing.
After a couple of days I got a joyetech ego one which I have been using.
It's really good, great flavour, great steam.
My interest for gadgets drove me to buy a
Innokin SVD 2.0.
For a clearomizer I chose a joyetech Delta II.
Now, I might have gone too fast forward.
I, little too late (when I unboxed it) I noticed it's said 20 to 40 watts on the Delta.
The SVD "only" goes up to 20 watts.
Does this mean I made a bad choice of clearomizer for the SVD?

I get a burnt taste on it :(
I did prime the coil, both from underneath, and in the side holes in the coil.
I might have started at 20 watts (I don't remember exactly). Maybe I destroyed the coil.
Should I try a new coil and do something different?

Thankful for tips.

/Anders

Hello and welcome, I know the delta 2 coils have liquid control. Did you open it all the way when you filled it and primes the wick? If your getting burnt try the new coil and start lower at 10 or so and work up to 20. Try giving it some primer puffs or puff with no button press before you start using it. Hopefully that will do the trick and you should be fine with your svd. They have the evolve chip so it's a good device for new vapers.
