Thats a hard question honestly. I was a 2 pack a day pall mall light smoker and i've ended up vaping rasberry flavored juice for the most part. Raspberry: I would of never guessed that i would love it. But honestly i started vaping the 555 blend from V4L and it was amazing to me. Its a tobacco flavored blend. I also started on mainly pg blend with 24mg of nicotine.

Might be worth your time to get into the DIY path - get some PG/VG mix nic base, buy a boat load of flavors and mix up 5ml trial batches to see what you like. That way you can play with the mix/strength of flavor until you like it. There are a few mix up calculators that will help you with the mix for nic strength (mg).

Other thought would be to try a few vendors that have trial packets that let you pick/choose at a reasonable price.

"One man's garbage is another man's treasure" (Or something like that) Taste is up to the individual. After reading numerous threads, I believe I am following what seems to be the normal curve: started vaping and using 'tobacco type flavors', and now slowly to other flavors. And then again, some people are more adventurous (roller coasters) than others (hang at the beach) lol !!

Do you mean PG/VG?

Try something round 70pg/30vg and also try a 50/50 juice. You should be able to find both at FreedomSMokeUSA - some of their juices are 50/50 only, some have selectable PG/VG (the sample sizes are not selectable)

I was a lights smoker and I started on 70pg/30vg 18mg juice. Worked for me - the 30% VG was enough to get rid of any irritation from the nicotine while still leaving decent TH and flavor.

In general, PG gives more throat hit and VG gives more visible vapor. Cinnamon and menthol are the two strongest flavors for throat hit. Most vapers get a mix somewhere around 70PG/30VG or 80PG/20VG as a "happy medium"

As to flavor, get samples of anything that sounds tasty. You will probably be surprised at what you will end up liking.

As long as we are taking flavors and PG vs VG: without mentioning suppliers-both are reputable: I have a PG version of RY4 I like- I wanted to try it with 70/30 PG/VG from a different supplier. The PG/VG IMO is smoother but also has a, for the lack of a better description, a hint of a mild soapy taste. Not that it's horrible, just a very mild after taste when you exhale. Since this was my first try with a PG/VG blend, can anyone advise if the smoother (and maybe the soapy taste) is due to the VG or is it just due to a different vendors take on the RY4?
