My brother and I have recently both taken the leap to ecigarettes. He purchased a DSE 901 kit (with an orange LED which is important later), and I purchased a Revolver Elite. I am writing this post on behalf of him and have been nothing but happy with my purchase. So here is his deal...

He initially had no problems with his kit and blew threw all of the carts that came with it before he had the thought of ordering some juice to refill them. So, he ran out and went back to regular smokes for a few days while waiting for the juice to arrive. The juice came in today and he refilled a few carts.

I don't know how big a deal the refilling technique is but he had not read anything about it or watched any videos and just dropped a bunch of drops (he told me how many... I just can't remember but I do recall thinking it was a lot) directly into the cart without lifting out the foam or waiting for each drop to absorb in. Anyways, when he put the cart back on and went to vape, the LED lit up orange for only a short moment and then started blinking green (I had no idea they changed colors). The atomizer is not heating up at all and obviously there is no vapor or taste. This happens every time he tries to take a drag.

When he bought his kit it only came with one battery and one atomizer so as a newbie it is really hard to narrow down what the problem is.

I told him he may have flooded the atomizer and to blow it out but really it was just a shot in the dark advice, and really I think the battery might be toast.

So.....

Does anyone have a better understanding of what is going on? Also is it just bad luck or did user error cause the damage.

P.S. Sorry for writing a novel to describe a simple problem.

This may sound extremely wierd but ask him to take the battery off the attie and blow the battery from the end that lights up a couple of times. Wipe all the connector threads and try it again. He could have had juice go down into the battery and this hopefully will shift it. If this doesn't work i haven't a clue.

No worries Happycamper,great minds ;-)
