Hi guys. Needing some help with my evic VT. I purchased this particular model because my daughter had one and I enjoyed it so much I wanted my own. So I just bought it brand new from the shop and have already been back there several times but they've been of very little help. Nice people though.

Here's my issue: have my NI settings at 540 temp and power at around 40. I've played with all the settings but it's not camping as well as hers. It heats great in wattage but I prefer temp control. It doesn't seem to be getting hot enough and there is very little vape or flavor. Cool is new juice is full. Never had this problem with hers. I like it to be hot enough to pop a but but have never had that with this box. They have given me a million different suggestions as to how to fix it but none of them have worked. Asked them to take my tank off and try it on their mod and it worked fine. Was trying to prove my point there may just be a problem with this box. Any suggestions on what I may or may not be doing right?

howdy! and welcome - you're in the right place!

i don't have an evic, but someone should be along that can offer some insight

off the top of my head, if the tank worked fine on another evic, clean your connections on your mod (power off/ remove battery and use a q-tip with a litle pga or vodka on it to swap the firing pin area of the threaded 510 connection on top of mod, where tank normally screws in, then give it a little time to air dry before putting tank back on and powering up)

i have the evic vt but have never used the TC mode = temp control. TC setting like grimwald said are used ONLY with NIi and Ti coils. Kanthal coils you use your VW = variable wattage setting.

everything VARIES like your ohms, juice, temp, etc.. you want more vapor open up all your air flow and vape high VG juice which typically has less flavor then PG based juices. want more flavor restrict your air flow and vape PG based juices. these are just basics you will get flavor from VG juices as i found better with RDA's.

other then that you simply need to play around with your settings. i was the very same way but after maybe 2 weeks of playing around and vaping i actually got the flavoring down and that is no longer and issue for me
