a) Always start on a low power setting. If non-adjustable, make sure you are using 2.2ohm or higher coils. Some fully charged batteries will kick out 9+watts on a 1.8ohm coil.
b) Popping is an indication you are not getting enough liquid to the coil.
What is your e-liquid PG/VG blend?
May need to remove 1 flavor wick to get proper wicking.
c) only but Kanger replacement coils until you know how ti fiddle and tweak to get them working properly.
Short story: 2 nights ago I put a brand new 2.4ohm coil in my T3-mini(Kanger is Kanger so learn) After filling and priming I took a drag and was met by a horrific burnt taste.
Flipped the T3-mini over, pulled the coil and did a quick rinse ot get the sticky off.
Popped the Tube over the coil off and SURPRISE......Clean, White, completely Dry wicks and Coil!
What I had inhaled was Super heated Air.
That head had 2 issues
1) wicks were pinching - not allowing e-liquid to pass
2) Coil was jammed to one side and partially shorted when firing. 3 of the 6 wraps were pinched to the base tube.
a)Adjusted the coil wraps to center and spaced properly
b)adjusted the flavor wicks to sit side by side.
Second Day vaping without any further issues.
