I'm hoping someone can help me with a question on my battery. Decided to try out e-cigs and bought a cheap automatic e-cg. The battery stopped charging so I took it out of e-cig to check it out. This is a red and black wire running up the side of the battery. Black wire is connected to battery with a metal clip. Red wire isnt attached to battery.
I'm wondering exactly how to put this in to try charging it again. Should the wires be touching at top. I have an usb charger that goes into the wall. How does the battery get charged -I screw the part of the e-cig covering the battery onto the usb connector but how is the battery actually getting charged.
Hope this makes sense and appreciate any help to getting this thing charged up

Battery may be dead :(:(:(

There should be a wire running from either end of the battery, dude. The charging function runs through the small control board, however. There's not much you can do if everything is wired up and you still cant charge. Look for a connection that has come loose (the red wire that isn't attached to anything) or possibly inspect the connector on your battery and charger...sometimes they don't quite make a connection through the center post (+) side.....Hope it helps and good luck
