Newbie -- question about forum!

Yes, I'm a noob! I was wondering if anyone else had a technical problem using the forum. It seems like my computer is so slow when I'm on this as opposed to any other site.

Do you guys experiene this?

haven't really noticed sometime the pages take a while to load and sometimes the site goes down for a few minutes have you tried a different browser? firefox or chrome seems to handle it better then IE

Yes, sometimes it takes a few seconds before a new page will load for me too. using Firefox myself.

I sometimes have the same problem as well. Frustrating huh?? I think that this site is so popular and there are so many people on it that it may be causing this to happen.

I was wondering if that could be it also. Just kinda frustrating. But then I have to remember when all we had was dial up!

I have been using this slick little Tapatalk app the past hour. It's pretty responsive so far.

Occasionally slow here, but not much.

Try clearing your Cache. It's under Tools, and depending on your browser, under Options. Can't hurt.

lol how quickly we all forget dial up. We expect the pages on websites to appear instantly on our computer screens now.

Paulette, dont blame your computer, every body is experience some kind of lag when surfing ECF, it depends on how many people are on line at the same time
