Hello everyone,

I just got my first ecig in the mail yesterday. Got a Bloog Maxxfusion with PCC from CEV who by the way is an awesome supplier. The Bloog is perfect for me, it's nice and compact like an analog and is easy to use. The question I have is that it makes a kind of whistling sound when I take a drag on it, like a lot of air is escaping somewhere. Is that normal? I wondered if I'd overfilled the cartomizer but it's been a whole day since filling and it must be dry enough by now. A friend of mine has a ecig that he bought in a mall kiosk which I tried and there was no noise at all when taking a drag...that being said, it wasn't even close to the Bloog with respect to vapour and taste. Any and all comments greatly appreciated.

The above responce were great.
To find out if that is the issue you could try a new carto in it. I had 2 carto that made more noise than other, If it goes away with a new one you’ll know that it is the carto and should not worry to much about it continue to use it. it does happen sometime to have a cartomizer that cause more air to flow.

If you think you over fill, I put about 18 drop for a new carto and it work every time. There is also a line on the rubber cap, if using the condom method just fill to the line and should never over flow this way. It is about 15/18 drop.
We have put a video on how to do this on the site.

Hope this help.

I have a bloog system too and notice that all the cartos so far whistle somewhat.

I've also used the 808D horizontal coil cartridges (like Kanger, etc); they work even better (imo newbie opinion) than the bloog cartos, and no whistling, but with a major caveat - I've found that they are hit and miss with the bloog batteries - sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. You can fix this just by buying a generic 808D short battery (one you can still charge from your bloog kit if you have the mini pcc), or buy a few 808D generic batteries and a USB plug charger ($6) for those batteries.
