Well you could try a kgo for a simple no hassle PV.

Or maybe a ego twist to try VV vaping.

Also there is the Epower which will give you a comparable performance to a standard ego but with the ability to swap/replace batts without replacing the whole unit.

All three of those will get you up and running for under $50.00.

If you want to try a big batt VV the check out the VTube. Its a V1 imitation lavatube but for the price ($55 for the kit with the promo code) its a great deal.

I'm a total noob to ecigs,
but, the KGo might be a good upgrade from your Raptor setup, ... I got a great setup at DarkCityVapors for under $50.
... An EGo Twist is a cool variable voltage upgrade from that,
Prices/quality go up from there, but all will be better than ur Raptor.
Go online and get some different flavors and nicotine strengths...
GoodLuck.

Greetings from Canada! Welcome to ECF!

+1 for the Joye eGo Twist. The price is reasonable ($30), you can buy 2 or use your Raptor while the Twist charges. An eGo Twist allows you to adjust the voltage to get the best flavor and vapor from your device. Once you adjust the voltage to your liking, it holds that voltage, no matter what it is, beginning to end.

You can get more machine for more money.
You can't get more machine for the same money!

The bottom coil Phoenix, Fluxomizers, or Vivi Nova 2 work well with it, without leaking.

Relax, Enjoy!

It all depends on what you are looking for. If you want a regular cigarette look, check the suppliers for this site. The nice thing about cig style is that it gives you a familliar feel, and they use easy to get pre filled cartos. You will save a ton of money if your willing to fill your own cartos. If your willing to hold something a little bigger, I would suggest an Igo, Kgo, Echo, or Ego twist. These are all great pv's. They do require the user to fill their cartos. (check the internet for videos, its actualy realy easy) There are also so many great units that are vv, or variable voltage. This allows you to fine tune your vape to burn just right for you. Thes can be some what complicated for someone new. If you consider youself kind of techy you can easily handle them.

I’m not familiar with the device you got. It’s most likely a rebranded 808 or something of that nature.
Before trying to steer you into something bigger like a Kgo / Ego / Twist / Lava Tube etc. are you willing to go with something larger that will perform better?

If you need to stay with the “cigarette” form factor, most here will steer you towards the Smokeless Image Volt. I think it’s the best in its class. If you are just wanting to try out some different juice then that may be the cheapest way to go. You may like the vapor and flavor better.

Hi Tammy,

I started on an e-cig like you are talking about and didn't get satisfaction until I bumped up the power and bought bigger cartomizers. You might be overwhelmed with all the language and lingo here on the forum, and I would certainly understand.

What I did was got a JoyE eGo C Type B Twist kit (available where all JoyE products are sold, usually about $70.00 with coupon code found free online) and used just the batteries with Boge XL cartomizers, and drip tips, dripping 30 drops or so in at a time into the cartomizer. When I got more confident I began to use the tanks (holds about 2ml of juice) that came with the kit. The Twist factor (which is the means by which one changes the voltage on the "Twist") was great and I could set it to wherever it performed best in my mind. Lots of people will tell you this or that setting is best. Try it on the lowest and twist it up to wherever you like it. It's great and a lot more fun than looking for the ash tray when the ash is an inch long.LOL

What? Good juice? Well now that's an ongoing story.
