Newbie story and need advice on a first kit

First my story.

I have been a closet smoker since my college days, started smoking in middle school. I rarely smoke in public because my profession (teaching) and the fact that some of my friends frown upon it. That being said, I do love the nicotine, and hate to give it up. I figure since it's not the best thing for my health, having to hide the smell of it, being cheeper, and wanting to still get my fix, I figured I'd give the ecigs a shot. I've already ordered some disposables, but I want some advice here on what to get as a first kit. I currently chew Nicorette 4 mg(6-10 a day and chewing one as I type) and smoke whenever I get the opportunity (home alone or with friends at a party - mostly after some alcohol). I know I'd be a pack a day smoker if I wasn't hung up on it. With that being said, here's what I want in my starter kit.

* One that similar the size of a real cigarette (can be bigger, but not too much so). While my wife has an occasional cig, I don't want to totally scare her with something so large when I show it to her(no pun).
* One that has at least two batteries, etc., and doesn't constantly need refilling or charging.
* A charger and extra cartridges, etc. A case would also be once
* Something that can grow with me as I develop my new habit
*A single reputable website to order everything I need from that also has the juices (a variety of flavors) and where I can get everything at once. I don't want to order from a bunch of sites. I just don't want too much grief from my wife until I've had a chance to indulge. Also I don't want my family to wonder why I'm getting so many different packages.

I was thinking about an ego, but don't know if I should go with an ego mini, other ego, or what.

The Inferno is what we started with, 650 & 900 mah batts that have USB! This is cool because, you can use them while charging!
Or charge them USB or from the wall. They last all day, plus you have two. Most anything works on them. Even the Vivi Nova!
Best tank there is. The Vision Spinner is a little fatter, but Variable voltage. 3.2 to 4.8 volt. VV is cool, a liitle warmer hit, better throat hit & more vapor. I think the Inferno will work for you though. Volcano is a good company!
I'd skip the disposables! I didn't like those at all.

Hey redhawk, congrats on the change. eGo is definitely a good choice but if you're looking for the "cigarette" look you can also check out the volt starter kits at smokeless image. They're pretty reputable. I currently use the X2 battery they sell myself as well as their cartomizers.
