I am glad I found this forum. I have been trying to quit smoking for past 2 years with some success but the psychological factor of the actual act of smoking I think is what I miss the most and makes me want to continue. After reading up on e-cigs on the net and reading some of the wonderful post here I have decided to take the plunge and purchased my first e-cig kit from blucigs.com. I decided to try them out for a couple of different reasons. I know very little about which ones might be the best but I liked that they started an affiliation with Johnson creek for their smoke juice and have read good things about them too. I just can"t wait for it to get here and maybe be done with cigarettes once and for all!

Thanks for reading and no I am not an employee of either company, I work in a hospital just outside of Chicago and know the health risk of cigarettes all too well.

Dude I got jipped on this product aswell, Your best bet is to go out and get an ego 510 atomizer for it, and mod the 510 cart with the PTB mods (pyramid T-Bag mod). I get a much better amount of vapor this way but it will shorten battery life, only a bit but still shorten it. And hey its really no problem with the blu recharge pack. Im going to be switching from them soon but they will definetly help you quit.

P.s. the blu carts are ...., its much cheaper to refill your own carts, but the design flaws in the blu carts keep you from getting all the liquid or sometimes any liquid at all

Congrats on your purchase! I started with a Blu and I'm thankful for getting me off of analogs. I did end up getting a 510 because the blu wasn't cutting it for me. You have 30 days to return your blu if you do not like it. I couldn't return mine because I was determined to make it work and It just didn't work for me. You have to have it in their hands within 30 days, so you have about 20 days to decide. Super mini's have small batteries and small carts. So the batteries don't last long and neither do the carts. All carts however do not wick well especially without a mod like blue foam or something else.

...go out and get an ego 510 atomizer for it...

It's probably not exactly what you meant, but an eGo atomizer would not be recommended for the Blu. It'll work, but the wider cone on it will make for a funky looking combination. Regular 510 atties should work fine.

I have no experience with the Blu, so I'll reserve comment on that one. Glad to have you aboard at the ECF, though, and best of luck on quitting smoking!

I'm pretty much in the exact same boat as you. I've heard a lot of complaints about the Blu after I ordered it. Today is my first day using it and it is okay I guess but then again I have no experience with e cigs at all so I can't really diss it or praise it without talking out of my ... haha.

I would like to know everyone's preference though on e cigs. I like blu's pack idea and it's black cartridge and battery with the blue LED light but I'd like a good vaper and from what I hear Blu doesn't really cut it.
