I think you should just jump in feet first and get yourself a good Mod, like a Provape... Some Joye 510 LR atomizers and some good VG e-liquid....36mg nicotine of course...it really will satisfy the smoker in you............. I love Innovapors Ultrapue 100% VG 36mg e-liquid. Great vapor production........ I myself was a Marlboro Red then light smoker for 15 years, and have never looked back since i started vaping 2+ years ago.......

could you give a link to this one? thanks!

I would stay away from mods until you know what you're doing, especially when it involves dealing with high capacity batteries.

They really are safe unless you stack batteries thats why a Provape1 would be a good starting choice... I have used one for years with no problems... I use Joye LR 510 attys and AW 14500 IMR 600mah batteries with this setup... The AW 14500 IMRs can be bought at SuperTmanufacturing.com... IMRs work well with a LR atty....

+1 for the eGo. Got one myself. Great value for the money, and very versitile.

True but all EGO styles are not the same. That's why I chose the KGO. It has better performance than the 18650 batteries used in most high end PV's/mods in a smaller cheaper battery (half to one third the price). The KGO is the king of the EGO batteries. 1100 mah of win. 510 is basically the main connector at this point amongst the vaping community.

thanks! omg and all the flavors! i'm so excited and crazy about all the options, i just saw an apple pie flavored one! i need to find something tasting close to my marlboro but a different flavor would be nice as I feel if i were smoking something similar to a Marlboro I might want to cheat and smoke the real thing. would you recommend the kgo over the ego? what made you change brands?

Don't beat yourself up if you smoke an analoge some new vapers do to begin with and work their way into full vaping. It's a transition that can be as short, or as long as you want, it's all personal preference and will take time. I don't know if there is a flavor that is close to the Marlb, but Im sure someone out there has it, or someone here on the forums has tried it. I am in the process of trying some of the Menthols out there, so far I have about 5 or 6 kinds, and each is good in their own way as each has their own subtleties to the flavor, some are strong to some just give that little hint which is nice. But all flavors have these as well. My suggestion in getting flavors is to get sample packs where you get a variety of flavors you think you would like, then you can try them and start to see what direction your tastebuds go.

I didn't really get the kGo to replace the eGo, as I still use it from time to time. But I think one of the options was longer battery charge and a bit higher voltage (3.7v I think), and also as you get into vaping it starts to become kinds of a hobby of getting devices :p . The eGo I have is the Volcano Inferno and it's very nice and works perfect (I didn't look around for the cheaper price at the time on this one )! The kGo Start Kit from Hoosier is really good and very good quality and works perfect as well.

Both are 510's so any supplies I get for one, will work on the other. I do agree with a lot of people on here, that the eGo or kGo is the way to go, unless you want something smaller, more cigarette size. If I had to suggest one over the other, it would probably be the kGo. It's a very solid device! Also to go with it (as I am waiting for my order to come in ) many people suggest using the Boge 2.0ohm cartos to get good TH, Vapor, and Flavor and it warms the juice up so you get that feeling of a warm smoke from an analoge.

Oh, please! This is not rocket science. If you get protected batteries there is no problem. Getting a better model does not change the learning curve. If anything, it will shorten it. Why should a new person waste money on multiple inferior models. It makes no sense.

I just got the Ovale Elips yesterday. I started on e-cigs last week. I was using the V2 system. I wanted a tank system so I could monitor the amount if e liquid left in the tank. I went with the Elips because I realized I wanted a smaller PV.

I am happy with the Elips. It is smaller than I thought it would be. I get good vapor production off of it. The tank is easy to fill. The battery hasn't needed to be charged after puffing on it nonstop all last night and this morning. I have had to fill the 1.5 ml tank today.

Realize what you are looking for in a PV. Do your research. You won't be sorry dealing with Ovale.

Hi and welcome : ) I smoked for 31 years 20-25 cigarettes every damn. day.....5 weeks ago, I got my starter e-cig kit...and I have not smoked a tobacco cigarette since ....And I have no cravings or anything.
My starter kit : 2 x ego-T 1100mAh batteries, a USB charger, and 5 x ego-T dual coils cartomizers, (these are sooo easy to fill, and they will last you all day)and juice tobacco flavoured, in both 18 and 8mg. (you vape a lot in the beginning, and to much nicotine will make you sick)
Best Wishes :)
